✅ Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or damaged items, subject to stock availability.

  • Please email us at trendytownindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting images.

🚚 Return Pickup

  • We offer free pickup for eligible returns in most pin codes.

  • In areas where pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the item back and share the receipt for reimbursement (up to a certain limit).

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items bought during sale or clearance (unless defective)
